Car transport in France

I had to find a company to transport my car when it arrived on the docks from the UK and deliver it to me in the South of France – unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to head up there to pick it up and drive it down myself – like many early retirees moving to a new country, there was just too much to do, and I wasn’t confident – yet – on the roads of France.

But, I discovered that there was a company that could transport my car – called transport de voiture – in France.  I was delighted – a company that I could trust to courier my car to me, and was insured to travel and transport my vehicle in France.

Hiring my courier

Transport de voiture services are quite easy to arrange, if you know where to look – I needed to research it before bringing my car over, or it would have had to have waited.
I simply had my son deliver the car to the docks to be transported over, and at the other end, the transport de voiture took over.  I arranged it with ease, and ensured they were insured before agreeing to hire them to move my car – and once I did, it was as easy as that.  My car arrived in pristine condition, and we’re all settled in the South of France – though, I admit, I’m still not driving!

A holiday in the Liverpool

car hire

Last year, I went to Liverpool to meet my friend who was doing his MS over there. After reaching there, we were joined with some other friends. We hired a car from car hire palma airport and started going through the site. I found the site interesting. After going through the features and services, I compared its features with other top car hire sites, I was shocked to notice that, their prices were very low when compare to other sites. So, I decided to use its services. I filled the online form and make the booking. The next day morning, we took the car and we towards Liverpool city.

Liverpool is a city of UK and is located across the eastern sides of the Mersey Estuary. Liverpool is the home for various interesting attractions Bluecoat Arts Centre, Pier Head, The Phiharmonic Dining Rooms, Cunard Building, Cast Iron Shore, Town Hall and more. There are various beautiful museums and art galleries situated in the city. Liverpool is also known for shopping and you get to see plenty of boutiques, shops and departmental stores across the Church Street, Lord Street, Bold Street and Paradise Street. If you are looking out for British Crafts, then do not miss to visit Bluecoat Display Centre where you find the galleries of metal, jewelry, wood and ceramics done by various British craftspeople. We enjoyed our trip to Liverpool and the whole credit goes to this amazing site for offering us with such beautiful services. Thanks a lot!!!
